A Month of Christmas

These are kind of random, but here we go!
Getting our Christmas tree
and drinking hot chocolate

We celebrated St. Nick's Day this year, and he brought the kids goodies in their shoes. We also left a Christmas letter to Santa and old toys for him to take back to the North Pole. It was probably my favorite thing to do, and Lincoln really understood the meaning of Christmas since he had to give away some of his toys.
He sounded out the letter and wrote it himself, "Dear Santa, I want army base. I love you." and then he drew hearts so santa would know how much he loves him!

We had a gingerbread house party with a few of Lincoln's friends! It was so much fun, and Lincoln LOVED feeling special that day. It took me all day to make them, but it was completely worth it. I tried the cookie a few days later, and OMG! it was soooooo delicious!

It snowed here!

Drinking "special drinks" while we decorate the tree like we do every year.

Doing the nativity. Maverick was "Mary" since we had seven boys and no girls. He ended up tackling one of the wise men; not a very proper lady.

What santa brought

Lincoln made Grandma a flower and she loved it so much she cried. It was pretty cute!

Lincoln made me this adorable ornament at school

Maverick wanted to make papa a present, so he scribbled on some paper and shoved it in a box. LOL!

We celebrated my brother's birthday

Papa helped Lincoln make a bird house. It was pretty cool.

We went snowmobiling four times while we were there, and even though it was freezing, we had a lot of fun.
Well that is the quick version!
