Time for the coolest birthday party ever!!!!!!
Cake Time!
I forgot to buy black food coloring and so I poured an entire container of green and blue food coloring in the frosting hoping it would go black. Not smart. It not only dyed my hands green, but took part in destroying my shirt, pants, jacket, and cabinet tile grout.
Lincoln thought it was pretty awesome that we all sang to him and then placed fire in front of his face. Once they were blown out he wanted “more” so we went for round two.
Cohen really wanted to blow out the candles.
Present time! Lincoln got really REALLY spoiled!
The Piñata: I made one in second grade and it looked great. Over the last 15 years I lost my mad piñata making skills. The balloon deflated and it ended up looking like a crumpled mess of crusty newspaper.
I found some road orange paint and stuck blue streamers off of it to hide the sunken mess. It totally looks like a basketball, right? RIGHT?!
Ryan almost peed his pants from laughing. Well he might have, I didn’t ask.
What would be a party without the family narcoleptic passing out from laughing?
I say it wouldn’t be a party at all. Kolby ran in for some candy, I grabbed a shot or two, and Ryan hit her with the piñata.
YAY! Grab the candy!
And last but not least we pulled out the birthday pony….. wait did I say pony? I meant dirt bike. Everyone got a ride, even lil Karter.
Happy Birthday Lincoln! It has been the best two years of my life!
