Another great fourth of July for us! This year we went to the parade again. Lincoln was so excited he could hardly stand it. He got lots of candy and waved his pom-pom as fast and hard as he could. Maverick enjoyed it too, until he wanted to walk out and be a part of the parade. We didn’t get home until after 1:00 and all took a nap. Per-fect!
We went to the beach for dinner with our good friends Doug and Clarissa Young. We had hotdogs and yummy grapes and strawberries. It was relaxing and stress-free and our kids loved it. 
David through sand in Mavericks mouth and Maverick enjoyed it so much that he continued stuffing sand in his own mouth. 
By time we got home, it was bedtime for Maverick. We gave the boys a quick bath and sent them off to bed. We didn’t do fireworks this year because we wanted our sleep. It was a great day and I have to say it is becoming one of my favorite holidays!
