My crazy little boy, you are gonna have your first birthday very soon! You have so much personality and spunk and leave us exhausted at the end of the day. We love everything about you: the way you glare at people, throw your face into the ground when you don’t get your way, your white hair and olive-skin, your constant curiosity, the way you snuggle to get attention and your fat-kid laugh.
Lincoln gets asked often about liking his little brother and he says the same thing every time, “He is destructo baby, he can’t walk and he destroys stuff”. It pretty much sums up our monster-Mav

Milestones
- Took his first couple of steps right at ten months, is up to 15, but does NOT want to walk. He will walk when you aren’t looking or trying to get him too. Although we did get him to take his most steps for a spoon of peanut-butter!

Recently:
He destroyed our blinds, so we keep them up. Then he managed to bust through the screen. We have realized he was designed to break everything and the sooner we embrace it, the happier we all will be!
He is a climber and not afraid of anything
It is impossible to get him to hold still and is torture for him. Church is a nightmare because he just wants to explore. He isn’t afraid of anyone or anything. So stressful!
I tried to get Lincoln to hold him still….
We love you Monster-Mav! You keep us on our toes, make us all laugh and tease Lincoln for us!
